Scaredy has claimed me as HER human. She approaches on her terms - generally at feeding time. She must make contact first and then I can pet her. If she is 'not in the mood' we just talk. I just fed, and tonight she would not make contact. I don't think she likes it when I am carrying the feed bucket.

That somewhat stinks she's still not 100% trusting but then again not really because it's respectful of you to not force Scaredy plus those instincts probably help her survive out there, if she got too trusting and relaxed it wouldn't be good. But it's great she has finally started allowing petting some of the time!
