Ehh, i tend to overreact and yell or storm off and be nasty so not sure it's the same.. but they really drive me crazy and act so immature or rude

I don't yell at family either, causes hurt feelings and doesn't solve anything. Better to discuss options and reasoning behind issues. This has taken me a long time to achieve because my Dad taught me yelling. Used to yell at my kids if they made a mess but it just made them feel bad. Learned to just say, ok... you made a mess now clean it up. Then i don't have to feel bad later.

Yeah, my parents are constantly fighting so its hard because I've learned horrible extremely unhealthy interactions with people and reactions to stuff :/

Oh he caught them alright. DH walked in on a couple guys robbing the golf course pro shop, there was an altercation and DH chased them to get their license plate number. End result was 2 guys in prison and 2 totaled cars (ours & theirs). Fortunately no one was seriously hurt in the car chase.
