Good day everyone!

So I can't get into the chicken coop, the door is sealed in by ice. If flooded a lot and then froze completely. About to head out to to see if I can smash it free while the little one naps. Luckily I happened to have a bag of chicken feed in the house, so they were feed and watered this morning. But I'd like to get in to collect any eggs that may be there!

Did you get the coop open Tree?

I did! The shop door was frozen shut as well but I found a hatchet in the driveshed so I chipped away enough that it opened.


That's before I took a hatchet to it, was a great mini ice rink though

That looks like a pretty thick layer of ice! Better keep that hatchet handy.

not to bad no the rest of the blister came off when the bandage slipped over it might have pulled it off in my sleep woke me about 3 screaming at me quite red.. did neosporin and vet wrap again for the day it is now getting air doing pretty good BF did my birds for the second time may be able to put a coat on tomorrow
