I think that I will try out my new sheep chair....

"What?" I know you are saying that. Think of a lounge chair at an angle, and you back a sheep up to it, lift the front end up and they sit back in the chair so that you can trim their hooves, medicate, etc and when you are done, you tip the chair forward and off they go. Makes it a one person job instead of one holding and one trimming and one calling 911...

Thanks for the coffee, Sour. Today marks the 50th anniversary of the day I married my first wife. Been so long it's hard to remember. I do remember we just went before a judge. Seems more like a dream. It lasted 12 years and I got 2 great kids and 5 grandkids from the Union.

Cold day again but thing 1 and 2 are in school for a little bit, so it is much quieter. Hopefully I will get something done today

Just dug out the street at the end of my block - plow guy has decided no one lives in my house. Actually the street makes a mild turn and ENDS in my drive way. Because this must be too hard for any of them them to comprehend they just stop plowing or salting at the next neighbor's driveway.

For 48.5 years I have been doing this and I do a nice job and make it look like they plowed it (the correct way). Then the next driver keeps it open.

Okay now and then I have called them out of their HUGE snow plow trucks with power steering etc. and gave them a tongue lashing. Letting them know a senior citizen (ME) lives in the last house and yes, I do have to get to the street.

I ask if they would treat their grandmother that way. They usually end up with tail between their legs and looking like those videos where the dogs get shamed. You really don't want to tic off a person of "short standing." We are short enough to do some major damage. Hi Sour Usually they behave for the next time or if I happen to be outside when they come by.

We are set back in the woods so when the plow guys plow the street in front of us (we're kinda in a condo/townhome development but not part of it), they block in our driveway!!!

Thankfully though we haven't been getting much snow the last few years so we just drive over it lol
