I can do either. IV certified.

Hubby tries to light the fire and does good most of the time inside. Outside, not so well.
I got a lot of practise at outside fires in TN. Some nights i had 3 burning. Most of the property had been clear cut years before, and they just took the best tree trunks and left everything else. I was trying to make pastures for the goats.
