Sour I don't get the bit re:" with a dog leash behind my neck."

I think he just means the leash hanging from his neck? Kind of like you would throw it over your shoulder except he has it over the back of his neck instead? For when you don't have any free hands to hold it but still are able to always be ready to work the dogs?? At least I think that is what he meant or how I took it but maybe he can comment or correct me if I am wrong.
 
Cap I have a lot of old jeans, they just don't have big "air conditioning," holes in them. The worst case scenario is very frayed at hemline. Reminds me I also hate jeans that drag on the ground- people seem to like that, until they trip on them and fall down a zillion stairs.

People wrap leashes around their neck to carry them while the dog is off leash. If you meet your dog in heaven you might want a leash for it.
