Maybe that's why ours isn't working well... was wondering what the tube labeled "drip tube" was for and never installed it... to be fair it never mentioned it in the instructions, just how to do the window part, and labeled drip tube. It's one of thos ebig portable ones. Seems to worm fine though

DH has a stand up one in his office. He usually drains it out the back door once a week to prevent spillage.
