Morning! Thanks for the coffee! DS@ is up in MT on the Reynolds Lake fire. He saw lots of crazy stuff down on the Spring Creek Fire. I think it turned out to be CO second largest ever, but it is not 100% contained yet. He loves it so I just keep my fingers crossed.
Almost time for chores, so I guess I will mosey on out. Have a wonderful day you all!

I need to go buy some more ice cream. We are almost out. Or perhaps I will make cookies. I made cookies for my friends yesterday. Just the tollhouse precut squares though lol but still. They appreciated it. Brought some chips and boxed cookies too. We still have a roll of cookie dough so I might make some for myself.

I brewed a fresh pot for the afternoon. Have at it. With my addictive personality/metabolism I stay away from any of the high powered pain killers. All they do for me is upset my stomach and constipate me. Advil or Aleve keep things at a tolerable level. My 'semi keto' diet has really helped with inflammation. I can now raise my right arm above my head and can get the left arm to the 90 degree point.

Is that like my "mostly Atkins" diet?

Seasonably warm here too calling for actual temps above 105 F for the next week at least.

Chicken coop build scheduled next. Two years in a row he goes on vacation and i build a chicken coop.
