Our area is forecast to get 1 or 2 FEET of rain in one day!!!

All be safe we had a great time at our state fair two hours each way from out place but once a year is fine headed to dinner at a favorite local Tavern great food none of us drink but for ice water there but good food reasonable prices

Your property is a good bit higher than the river there, isn't it? I'd be concerned about rain upstream.

Yeah, we are way up the hill from the flood plain. We are considering moving the canoe to higher ground.

I know, right?! It just sounds absurd. I am considering attaching the quail pens to each other and then to trees. I need to winterize the coops anyway so i am going to start on that tomorrow.

Need to fall clean my coops we are taking tomorrow home so will dig out the main then fresh shavings always perks them up only three eggs today ????? like 16 in there ????

Maybe you have hungry snakes. I only got 6 chicken eggs. Dozens of quail eggs though.

Good idea... I hadn't thought of that. But yes, with that much rain they might just wash away.

Not cemented down would be good to tie them off, mine are not cemented either but you get worse storms down there

Or flip over! Or a tree could fall on them! Or the house. Last time if i had not moved the truck it would ha e been hit by 2 trees!
