Going to mesquite wood grill mine, seasoned with fresh gound pepper, garlic, Himalayan salt and basted with KerryGold butter.

have a sea salt and ground pepper pick up whole garlic I have garlic chives brown thumb at growing it here think it sounds good think I will add olive oil not butter
