Happy Halloween everyone! Sorry I've been MIA, this house is kicking my butt! A party sounds like fun... I've been making apple pies like crazy these days.

The house is coming along, they are mudding and taping inside on the crummy days; siding on the nice days. Thankfully the weather has been holding this fall.

We have so much more work to do: all the T&G still needs to be stained and by next weekend we should be able to start painting. I've pushed back the appliance delivery twice now, we are shooting for early December. Gary has told us we'll be in by Christmas; I have visions of moving furniture on Christmas Eve!

NFchick I've been so busy emailing your cartoons all over the universe I forgot to thank you for them. My newest favorite is Charlie Sheen, downright scary. The kid would be freezing his tail off here. Cold, raining since early morning - blah. Rain can really ruin a Halloween fast.

I think you should pace yourself so we don't run out of holidays but, next up is Thanksgiving. I saw a card where a turkey is trying to talk a rooster into wearing a turkey mask.
