Thanks, so far so good. We saw a deer before we even got off our road today. On the way to the highway we saw 3 more deer, a possum, and a rabbit.

Lol, sounds like our road to the golf course!

Feed chores done. Surprise chick in the middle of the coop this AM. Unbelievable....
Thank goodness for good ears. DH fed chickens, did not hear a thing. I am down by the girl pen and I hear cheeping. I can't believe it hatched and I do not think there will be anymore. I thought she was mental health sitting....LOL! At least I am heading down to town and can get a bag of chick feed today. I watched her after I moved her nest down to the floor and she sat on it and the chick scurried under like a pro.
