I putting the finishing touches on the housekeeping. Stuff like clearing all the junk off the kitchen counters. Why is it that everyone comes in, and dumps their junk on my counters? There are a few toys the kids left scattered. Not many, but it's those little finishing touches that make a big difference in appearance.

I just made a fruit cake! You'll have to ask dd, how good it was! By the time they got here they would probably be moldy anyway!
