Morning! No rain here, just the wind, but only 45 mph gusts. The snow we had Friday night put a ridiculous amount of cars off the road. It was the dreaded rain at first and then, swoosh go the cars. We were way up in the NE corner of CO for Sats wrestling tournament but we had an uneventful drive, unlike a lot of people.
That is a crazy amount of rain Bunny!
Scott, are you talking about airborne off a horse? That is an icecream buying offense around here! You had better pay up.....

Margie, glad you all had a safe drive home from the meet. When I lived in KS it seemed like the first wave of snow and ice was always the hardest for people to navigate...almost like they forgot how to drive on the stuff over the summer.

Yes Margie, this last time I'm talking airborne because of a horse

long story short, very flighty filly (a free to good home filly) had worked with her a bit (very little) grabbed her halter and she pulled back, I held on, she started a real fast spin, I let go after about 3/4 of the circle (hot fence and gate post close) DD#2 says that I was in a flat spin and did not bounce when I hit the dirt. if that's an ice cream event I'll buy.
