Oh hun, that's what crock pots are for! Nice big roast beef on low for 4 hours while I do my thing somewhere else! Hubs thinks I'm a genius!

We don't eat meat here, so it's not often we need to cook anything low and slow.

I dont like all fish, some are too oily/fishy tasting for me. But love shell fish and crustaceans!
