I opened up a new bag of loose leaf Milk Oolong tea yesterday. It is amazing!

Just woke up (4:25 pm Friday) and had a wonderful sleep. This is the first thread I have visited. You lucky guys Haven't taken any of my pills but, most are supplements: calcium, fish oil and vitamins.

Have to go back and read what I've missed. It's great to be here

I looked that up and it sounds interesting. I'll give it try.

Do you like tea sweetened or un? If I sweeten mine it's with honey not sugar.

I usually drink tea un sweetened.

The milk oolong is naturally sweet tasting. You should give it a try for sure
