Yeah, not selling babies. This is all for our personal consumption and for pelts and rabbit feet. I plan on getting New Zeland whites as their fur is easiest to dye.

We used to raise the NZ and the California rabbits for meat.

Ancestry gives me a breakdown of where my ancestors came from along with current relatives alive today that have taken the test. There was an update and the breakdown has changed. I am even less german and more Irish\british than before:



I can click on the regions and see where I am from in each place. Ireland is Munster, kerry and Dingle Peninsula.

I was contacted by a fifth to distant cousin this week too!

Only those on Ancestry.com can find me. There is a big public one. I would have to upload the data from Ancestry to be on that one. The public database is the one that police are using to find criminals currently.

There are a lot of people on Ancestry though. I have hundreds of relatives on there.

I've been cleaning house all morning, cleaned out the brooder and got my incubator ready for the HAL. My eggs will ship Monday or Tuesday Ground only, they're from AZ but a bit far to drive.

Time for dogs to get a bath
