@DobieLover,I am so sorry that I keep forgetting to ask how Skittle's tail is coming along. Should be about time to get those stitches out.

The stitches came out Wednesday night. The skin is a little purple around the tip of his tail. The vet thinks it has a slight lack of blood flow. The end of his tail wasn't in the best shape to begin with.
The pathology report came back from Cornell. It was most likely a histiocytoma:

He's doing great. Thanks for asking about him, Becca.

Out of the oven, they were ickie the first time. But I put them in a Rubbermaid container and thought I'd deal with them next day. I did and they were very good. I am finally learning to let things cool off and sit awhile. Makes a big difference.
That is very true!

Lots of things you can do to increase blood flow; heat, hydrotherapy, red light therapy... just immediately come to mind. Probably heat or red light better than too much moisture.

I'll sit his little butt on a heating pad! He'll love it.

Cam is quite the ladies man. He was chatting up a couple of women in their 30s, telling them they're pretty, etc. He has a very infectious smile too. I told my daughter she better put a leash on that one!

A leash is right, the little lady killer!
