I'm up late, not sleeping well. I fell on the walk in front of the house. Pretty sure I fractured my wrist, and maybe a rib. I splinted the wrist and iced it. We'll see what it looks like tomorrow.

Oh no! You should go get checked in case you need pain pills. And get xrays.

Becca, I hope you are doing okay this AM. It is the rib that you need to baby. Make sure that you take a few good deep breaths every hour if you are having pain while breathing. I would get checked out for sure.
DS$ got 2nd in Greco and 1st in Freestyle so that was a successful ending to a long day.
Sunny here but more snow flakes and cold rain coming in for Tuesday.

Good morning, Cafe. Really tired due to heat, lack of sleep and attending the swap. But I was glad to sell turkeys, quail, and chickens. We missed the rain that was in the area, so I will be watering today.

I hope the wrist is not broken!

My DW has a plate in one side and a ligament on the other side connected with some type special wire drilled through the bone. The wrist is about 30% functional

We have had an unusual May here likely due to the El Nino current sticking around longer than normal

Okay, I confess, I did cry off doing a lot once the rain started yet again.
I did something really unusual for me and laid on my bed for a while waiting for the worst of the rain to back off.
Tribe 1 had come into the house to get out of the rain. They haven't been around much the last few weeks. I know I'm crazy etc but there is something soothing about lying on the bed listening to the chickens chattering as the rain falls. Okay, it does take getting used to when Cillin and Treacle decide to crow.
