I'm still struggling placing people in the USA. I used to think that Texas for example was a big state.

Texas is a big state (but Alaska is bigger).

Map of US.jpg

This is where some of us are located:
Ron is on the far left in California
IgorsMistress is to the right of Ron (sort of the bottom left) in Arizona
I'm north of her (the blue state labeled Wyoming)
Sean is at the bottom middle in the big red spot called Texas
I think ? DD is to the northeast of Texas in the light green called Illinois
Sour is the far right side in a little blue state called New Jersey
Bunnylady is south of Sour on the east coast in North Carolina

And now that you know where we're all located, you can start working on your travel itinerary :p

That was very kind of you Debby. It really does help. I've noticed a marked difference in peoples posts which seems in some respects to be regional. In the UK for example, given I know a lot more about regional 'attitudes' after a while you can tell where people come from by their posting style and phrases etc used.

There are some regional differences in the US too...phrases used, popular foods, etc. And can't forget time zones! But seems to me in the US there's a lot of moving around due to jobs and family reasons so you meet folks that have been all over and that can blur the regional differences.
