BYC Café

Good morning, Cafe. Thanks for the coffee, Shad. Sorry to hear poor Tackle gave up on the eggs. What are you going to do with them? I assume no one hatched last night.

My third bare bellied broody girl is ramping up her efforts. I wonder if she remains semi-broody by the time the chicks hatch if Barb will allow her to co-parent. I'm not about to let her in with Barb. I'm going to continue working on breaking her. I'm just curious as to what her behavior will be when the chicks hatch. If they hatch. I never candled anything. Barb is on her own with this adventure other than me providing her a safe place to raise them for the first week then I'm opening the door to the brooder so she can rejoin the flock when she is ready.

G'morning cafe.

Thanks for the coffee Shad and NFC. Poor Tackle, I hope you've assured her she'll get her turn Shad.

Sour stay inside!

Everyone have a great day!

Thanks for the advice IM. Just got back from the club - soaking wet with perspiration - an hour of work was much as the two dogs I took wanted. Truck thermometer said 90 F already. I long ago decided that if temperatures that high or higher are predicted my dogs and I are not going anywhere.

Hey,

Sour, you go to field trials rather regularly in Wilkes-Barre. That is where I take DH for his neurology appointments and for the clinical trials. It's in Plains but that's right next door to Wilkes-Barre. We are going down this Friday for evaluation for that trial I so wanted him on, the COR388. I'm pretty sure he'll get on it and I hope it helps him.

It's only about a 2.5 hour drive from here, and the club president is a good friend. The Princess and I go to support and help with the running of the trial. It's also traditionally been a grounds where my dogs tend to perform at their best.

Strong :fl on your husband becoming part of that program.
