I'm a good friend, I will volunteer to piss you off early, so you can get a jump on the weekend turkey.

Well, you're a good enough friend to have probably figured out how to do that!

I am blessed with 3 girls and no sons, our #2 DD is a very strong, mechanical minded, work with her hands and, still thinks that if it don't work a swift kick should help kind of person. I would not want to deal with a son that would be even more like that.
I am Happy with what I have!!

I think we all are....I got two boys and a girl.....the girl was born 10 years later...she was born two weeks after I was diagnosed with leukemia...so I think GOD put her here so I would have a reason...I asked him to let me live long enough so that she would remember me...she's now 20....he owes me nothing.....Phil

I agree completely, course I am an optimist at heart. We may not always get what we want, and it is rarely when we want it. But we do get what we need.

Good morning everyone! Just got caught up on all of yesterday's happenings.

OFW, now I have the Stones stuck in my head...you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometime, you might find, you get what you need...

I was 38 when I had my son - 30 years ago. I was considered high risk and had a" threatened miscarriage" through the first trimester. was crying all the time. Then when the pregnancy settled down, I was elated - wearing pg tops long before I needed any.
