I have a new scale for body fat and etc. It connect to my phone and the app tells me I should weigh 136 for my height of 5'7. I have never weighed that low! I would definitely be skin and bones at that weight.I'm 5' 8" , 145lbs and lean not much padding on me....one reason my hip broke the 1st time. Most of you guys were kidding about bubble wrap but I think I might need some.![]()

That's the thing about those stupid numbers. You can have a body builder with less than 5% body fat and his BMI says he needs to lose weight because he is 6 ft tall and weighs 200 pounds of very lean muscle! The quail are doing great! They do not like the hot weather and drink a lot of water
