Oh my, if I ever did that to our golden, Dani, the Princess would caponize me.

I did burst out with raucous laughter when I saw this. I thought that my grandson, Robert, had gotten to your dog.

It has worn off a little bit.
She is hiding under a bench now. My husband is on the roof fixing the sky light and apparently it sounds like monsters.

Here is our Miss Wiggles, just after she finished "wallowing" in the mud!

Goldens are such clones of one another. We now have our third, and all three have had a serious 'fear' of the 'bogeyman' and a desire to wallow in mud or Lord forbid deer poop. Periodically Dani requires a cold shower before she can enter the house - apparently her memory is rather short or she does not connect the bath to the mud/poop.

Ours connects the shower with the mud.
Before she leaves the nursery she usually gets a hose down and we catch her with a big grin on her face.
She loves water.

She is still afraid of the chickens, but she has discovered that if she carefully slinks behind them she can get fresh chicken swirly pops free!

Haha! I almost spit my pop out when I read that! My Plott hound rolled in something dead today when we went into the property, and the lab thinks the cat litter box contains buried treasure!

Good morning, all.

Morning Sour', and all to follow

I am intrigued with lemon juice and sugar. Now I have to try that and the coconut syrup.
I am a pancake purest, but some times I use honey.

We have always had our pancakes with lemon juice and sugar

That's the way Mum gave them to us as kids, and I know no different! It is so rare for me to even make pancakes, but when I do there is no room to accommodate new flavours. It's lemon juice and sugar or no pancakes at my place! Do try it though - it is delicious! Sour, how were your pancakes today?

This is hilarious! I must ask, is the teddy bear Miss Wiggle's bear? Perhaps you need to start making The List for your hubby? He seems a bit bored

My hubby has a copy of The List taped to our fridge. The idea being that no matter how many jobs he gets done in a day, I always add that plus one more to the bottom of it! Keeps him entertained forever while I attend to important things

It's Sunday here and for the FIRST TIME EVER my hubby let me sleep in. I capitalise that because I have been with my husband for four years now, and have never slept past 7.30am. Normally I am up at 6am! Today I rolled out of bed at 8.50am and I felt like I had missed a few days!

The plan for today is a little light housework and not much else. Maybe watch a dvd. I have to go to work tomorrow which is unusual of itself as normally I go on Tuesdays. But being that I am now scheduled for surgery on Wednesday morning at 8am, and the hospital is 2 hours away, we are going to go away for the night on Tuesday rather than get up at 5am to get there - ergo no work on Tuesday for me.

So today is a day for taking it easy. Enjoy your Saturdays everyone!
