Meg I'm like you. If it weren't for ice cream I would starve. Don't like to mess up the kitchen (it's bad enough now) without the cooking for just one person.

Sprained my wrist so have a brace on it. Must have been from scratching my head. Duh!

I have been trying to eat more fruit and veggies, have lost some weight.

For me carbohydrate reduction really helps in weight control - also helps lower inflammation.

Our temps are in the low 90s and down in the 70s overnight. Gorgeous!

We had rain several times yesterday and a good part of the night. A few storms sounded like gulley washers; there was a huge clap of thunder that startled the dogs awake and set the youngest to barking.

Yes, it has been months since we could measure rainfall in my backyard regardless what the weather girl says lol.

I would gladly send you some Sean, but Mother Nature paid no attention to my pleas all summer.
