Well, if you have your very own bowl of chocolate..... and you don't have to share, you can use the same carrot stick over and over.
If you are clever, you can carve one into the shape of a spoon and use it that way.

well it was an organic, non GMO, non glutten, soy based carrot.....

We had 5 inches yesterday, light powdery stuff with absolutely no moisture in it. Next summer project is going to put some bricks down right outside the barn. It is currently a couple inches of ice, all the animal and my tromping over it, it is fairly gross and very slick. It also faces to the north, so never thaws. Maybe a bit of brick will help, at least give me something to sand/salt.

Morning All! Beautiful day here, well it will be when the sun comes up anyway...
Bert, did you really carve that spoon? That is some funny stuff there.....
Had to look up the etymology of the word "stoop" today for the boy. I said the cat hangs out on the stoop and he is like - what?!!!
Coffee up, it is going to be a long day. Have to get a crew of boys right after school and drive them to Bennett for weigh-ins and then come home. That is 3.5 to 4+ hours of driving.... good thing gas is cheaper now. We were going to get a hotel room but DS$ doesn't start wrestling until 1 ish on Sat. That is alright, less stress for the DH as he does not like his general routine upset too much.

Wood stove ashes work great  on ice and they are free......

No wood stove, everything is electric. We have the stove, but the chimney was old and DH did not trust it. So we just had the thing removed (I got tired of listening to birds that got trapped in it die a slow death

plus the ashes can be put in your compost pile....
