Yes! Finally. We each took it in turns, which was for the best, but it really made the whole thing draw out Of course thing 2 got it the worst, she was feverish for a couple days

But everyone is fully recovered and the munchkins are currently dancing around a chair.

Glad you're all healthy! You aren't somewhere that got lots of snow, are you? That could add unwanted adventure to the grocery store trip.

It really does, plus usually a bribe. I like to start at the book section, gives them something to look at and I never feel guilty buying them a book.

No, we got 5 inches a couple of days ago but nothing major. it is windy today, so we will see about blowing snow, but rather roads should be clear.

Indeed. My pasture is flooded (again!), but I keep thinking, "that could have been ice, and snow . . . ."

Jersey shore is flooding once again. More serious flooding predicted with the high tide this evening. No way would I ever live on the coastline.

OFW, do your stores have those "little shopper" mini carts? I'm not sure if they are a blessing or a curse. With my daughter, one of those would have been great, but I shudder to think of the mayhem my son could have caused with one.

One store does. I have girls and they are wonderful for me. Thing 1 very happily plays mommy with her doll, named Alice, in the cart and she loves to be given things to put into it. I totally get where you are coming from with the curse though. There are times she must be reminded of how "Mommies" behave and no running down the lanes with the cart
