Yeah, because they're about to sell it on ebay for a mint.

My friend in LA got trampled & her 88yro mother pushed out of the way when Costco brought down a pallet of water. Some people are just horrid.

It is supposed to be a psychological reaction to loss of control. Buying TP somehow helps them feel that they are in control of the situation...but TP has nothing to do with the virus

I really don't understand why it's on anyones list of priority buys.
An awful lot of the rest of the world don't use it. They wash instead. I use it for the chickens I must admit but I could just as easily shovel shit with a spatula.
I haven't seen any panic buying here although I dare say there may be some in the cities.
I think I've got a bar of soap somewhere.
I do have 5 gallons of Oxine though.
From what I've read, people are stocking up on the stupidest stuff.
