She said it never stopped!!
It could be a type of arthritis that is not use related(functional arthritis is from use) Others are auto immune arthritis typesDon't mind making an A-hole of myself before friends and even some not. I called the dispatcher of the senior/disabled bus service. He wasn't in - great! Got my buddy and good friend, the only female driver instead. Asked her when the bus would be running again. She said it never stopped!!
Duh, I have been sheltering in place since April 16 believing that the bus service had shut down because of the virus. I have been miserable because of it - missing my friends and hoping nobody passed away. The women on the bus don't even get flu shots so I expected the worst.
My son felt so badly for me stuck in the house, he has been sending me things to keep me busy via Amazon. I got 5 easy word find puzzles plus 5 large type of the same. I don't know why he thinks I can't see well. One near sighted eye, one far sighted, I can see a dime on the street 4 lanes across.
Also got an embroidery set with frames etc, I cannot use. My hands have been going numb at intervals for several years. Had to stop trimming dogs - especially after I dropped and ruined 3 clippers (one after another). Each succeeding one was made cheaper yet cost more.
Dr. said it was probably "carpal tunnel syndrome." I told him maybe for my right hand but, the left hand never did much of anything. I think maybe the left is something to do with cardiac issues though drs. never thought so.
Mr grandfather died of heart problem, my brother has had a 5 way bypass years ago (probably helped along by his diabetes since college.) My older sister had a heart attack at 36, and recently nearing "80" had heart valve
replacement ( I guess the pig volunteered his valve).
My hands don't bother me most of the time but, when they do, they like to be close to home(near the heart) which usually pleases them. I can live with this
and apparently they can too.![]()
I need to fix a drip line here tooHowdy, all! Hoping everyone is well and safe.
Got my taters in Sunday and a dripper to the rhubarb. Of course it got down to 23° Sunday night, 27° this morning and supposed to rain tomorrow... We'll see. 48 potato plants... should get something out of them.
Thanks for the coffee!Good morning Cafe.
Coffee is made and you will all be pleased to read it's proper stuff. Not quite my favorite but a respectable brand, Illy. A local deli got a few tins in.What's more, due to supply problems, a few shops have had to change the brands they sell and there were a couple of other decent pre packed coffees on sale.
Tea and kettle are on the counter.
Blue skies and sunshine here and it's likely to be a warm one.
They are doing great! The chicks are flying up on Mom's back.

Which must be thirsty business.

That is a nice trade! The young man I gave Knocks three chicks to came by today. He brought me a jar of pear compot, 2 types of locally made goats cheese and a loaf of olive bread. I gave him 18 eggs in exchange. I'm going up to his place tomorrow to see how the chicks are getting on. Apparently they've found a good tree! They did come down for supper though.
