We are supposed to be hit by a hard frost -possible 20F but the free ranging Buck that demolished my only blooming plants(hostas) last summer/fall - saved them all from potential suffering now.:tongue
There seems to be a lot of frost back east!

Your gardens are beautiful! I love the scent of orange blossom and lilac. I have to finish the roof on my house and get the front of the garage done before I even think about landscaping here. I actually should finish the inside first too.
Thanks DL; I wish I were half as capable as you on buildings! I see your posts and photos and feel ...um... competence-challenged (there must be a better word combo for that, but I'm sure you know what I mean) I'm pleased with myself if I manage to drive a nail in straight :th

Busy today making lamps. Got a creative streak on.:D
Did nothing in the garden despite decent weather for it.
I had to move Jenny the Muscovy duck this evening out of Solomons shed and into her own.
Solomon has been mating with Jenny during the night and has made a bit of a mess of the back of her head. I got the wound cleaned up this morning, but she went back in again tonight; not a wise decision imo. Like a complete muppet, I forgot to put my gloves on when I moved her and now have two rather nice claw puncture mark in my hand. Her claws are seriously sharp and she wasn't even trying.
