BYC Café

Coops cleaned almost too warm here have all but shorts on here tank top no socks but still long pants the shorts will come out by tomorrow
I got 2 brooders done. I need to go feed and water Turkey Town. Swap tomorrow, and lots of folks wanting eggs shipped.

Coop cleaning here to. I was as sick as a dog last night. I must have eaten something I shouldn't have. Went to bed early and woke up at stupid o'clock in the morning and read a bit of BYC.
Trying to replace the food I exited tonight.:D
It didn't rain despite the forecast and threatening clouds. I think the next valley got it.

We are having a meeting this morning at work about going on work share.
How have they managed to stay at full hours until now and but have to do it now with things starting to open up?

We had our meeting today and that is when I realized they meant to start this week.
Would have been nice to have a little notice!

We finally where told we will have about 30 days dry
30 days of no rain is as bad, maybe worse, than 30 days of rain.

The guy said they were permanently closing the site and would not be doing any more fabrications!!!
That is sad. I'm sure plenty of businesses are going through the same thing.

I think that a chick should be able to make that jump to get back into the nest with mom.
If it is smart enough to be able to find it (or the ramp you are planning instead). I have a small door in the brooder I put in the coop when I get new chicks. Amazing how they can find their way out but run right past the door in a panic when they want to go back in.

If mom was to walk into her house at this point she'd probably faint.
Probably, you are making quite a mess! I'm sure she raised to to be neater than that! ;)

The company I work for is privately owned and the owners do pretty much whatever they want that benefits them.

The granite place that shut down isn't out of business. They have other sites in CT, PA, NJ and another site in NY. The local site hasn't been open all that long. Maybe 4 years.

I'll have you know there is no such thing as "neat" demo work!!
