My goodness! Don't let the little ones out without a leash, they might get lost!
The paths are more clearly defined now. Skittles had no problem and even with all this snow, Fuji doesn't go out without a leash. Besides, she didn't have to go. She peed on one of my socks that I left on the floor.

The neighbor will come later today with the front loader and clear the driveway. They do every time we get snow and refuse to take any money from me. I think I'll make a batch of homemade sticky buns this weekend and take them over.
good neighbours are worth their weight in gold. Or buns :p

Your pictures of piling snow walls remind me of one winter some years ago, when we had snow mounting up right to my shoulders (I am tall).

I had to shovel for days to create some kind of racetrack for the chickens to get around and out of each others faces in the orchard.

But apart from all the shovelling and having to use quite a lot of straw bales to prevent the water pipes from freezing, we had a lot of fun. And the chicks actually liked the snow once they got used to it and never even stopped laying.

Does she have a health problem like often happens after neutering or is it just spite?
Small bladder (small dog) who won't wait for you to notice that she looked at you for 2 seconds to ask to go out so trots off to find something to pee on. I keep a peepee pad in the bathroom at all times and that takes care of about 90% of it. It's worse now that DH never takes her out on schedule. He no longer responds to the reminders I have on Alexa.

My knight in shining hunter's camo! He's got to clear the road first then scoop the driveways and pile the snow on the opposite side of the road so he doesn't destroy my electric fence.

Wet and heavy makes for slow shoveling. "Cousin" Richard has cleared the drive much like DL's neighbor. There's still lots for me to clear. Front walk is done, deck is passable, vehicles are cleared. I was forced to take a break because the Princess is showering, and I am not allowed to shovel unmonitored.
