BYC Café

I did not mean to intrude, sorry if I came across nosey instead of concerned.

Although I never had a heart attack (fingers crossed it will stay that way), I still can relate as over the years I experienced several anaphylactic shocks (gone and brought back) rocking my world and self-conception.

It is a humbling experience leading me to adopt a different and more appreciative attitude.
I went into anaphylactic shock at age 6 and age 9. No one knew why! I woke up in the night both times and was rushed to the hospital. It was very scary at that age too

No need for an apology and you didn't come accross as nosey and hopefully I didn't come accross as rude.
I joined BYC to talk about and read about chickens. The Cafe is the one remaining social style thread I participate on.

Yes! Let's talk chickens...
Mr. Napoleon continues to live up to his name.
This morning he was among the first to exit the coop. I watched him approach Fabio, stand up tall and flare his hackles at him. The boy has a death wish!
Fabio either didn't see or chose to ignore him and sauntered away.
Later, Mr. Napoleon was harassing Mommy Dearest up on the poop boards. MD jumped down onto the perch in front of the nest boxes and Tink, one of Napoleon's girlies, flew up next to him, hunkered down and glared at MD. She then flew at her, they both went to the floor and Tink flogged her and drove her out of the coop. (No one seems to like her.)
I do believe those two are giving Mr. Napoleon a big head.

Ooooh, I see you changed the channel on Chicken TV to an action station. :pop:lau

I will bring the mallows. I'm glad someone understands me. I know they are not house pets but they will come in as necessary. Bet your cocoa on it. They are no more messy as the other kids and grand kids running around. Anyone tried diapers ? Opinion on them? I've seen them advertised but Im cheap.
