BYC Café

This egg removal did not go as smoothly as the first. She wasn't as dilated as the last time because I wasn't going to have her strain for hours. After crushing the shell I lost it. I had to keep irrigating her and try to get my finger behind the shell fragment clump between her pushing. But, again, it's out.
She drank and ate heartily so got a very nutritious meal in her before she went into the light deprivation bay, LDB. She only has 2.5 hours in there before Nan will let her out. She spent an hour in the house in a darkened crate during her recovery.

Hahaha. Don’t knock it til ya tried it. Anyway it’s Dunkin’ Donuts....probably no real coconut there anyhow. Hehe. Think of it as coconut flavored sugar. Yummmmm. Honesty as long as it’s hot and sweet I don’t complain⛄🌈
Have a blessed and wonder day everyone. May it be filled with abundance (me trying the put positivity out there to shed my inner craziness from ruining my day).
It does sound like good coffee!

Ugh, so soon. Happy to hear you got it out.

@aart I wish I would've found your hygrometer/thermometer calibration article yesterday. Much more clear than the other article that I read. Will be checking them again tonight.

Set the super blue and friends last night. I really should've waited for Friday/Saturday so I could be around the entire hatching process, but apparently I'm 6yrs old and couldn't wait :p

Another gorgeously sunny day here!
Moved (most) the rest of the last 6-8" of snow off the patio,
in prep for the coming 8-10".
Shoveling doesn't appear to be much hindered by the sore shoulder, or make it worse,
thankgoodness.
