Good morning Cafe.
I bring coffee and some 'manly bread pudding' that I made for tea last night, but I find is actually better this morning, served cold as if a cake, rather than hot as a pudding. (There is no explanation with the recipe for its title, but I'm going to guess along old fashioned sexist lines that it is the large quantity of dried fruit (as much as there is bread) and/or the fact that the fruit is soaked in whisky. I don't see any other possible gender connotations in any of the other ingredients.) Enjoy - if boozy fruit, bread and egg custard are your thing!

I will pass the Pudding, as within a few minutes the freshly made rolls will come out of the oven and topped with Irish butter and home made elderberry-apple jam, there is nothing better for me!
