Thank you for the kind welcome, a cup of coffee is for me like an appetizer my normal consumption of caffeine daily is 22 ozs of cold brew, which I mix 1 to 1 with milk. BT

I think the chickens like their new food. Any suggestions on what to do with the old stuff? I don't want to use it.

What's wrong with it?
Seems like a waste but you could toss it in the compost.

Do you get your green beans from sweet Marias?

No ronott1, among others I purchase my green beans from not necessarily in order, Bon Mua a company here in Salem, Oregon that has family in Viet Nam, Copan Trade, Walker Coffee and a few others. It depends on their inventory as I use 7 origins of fair-trade green beans for my primary blends. I do single origin roast and specialty blends for espresso shops. Sweet Marias is a good supplier; however, I need to go through brokers because of their volume I can keep my cost down which results makes me competitive price wise. BT

Actually, there's more in the bin, but it's at ground level and still frozen.

Those last 2 words describe my compost bin very well.

I only figured I would have enough, however needed some energy and my toddy ( cold brew) gives me energy. When I realized I had wolfed down all of my concentrates I was embarrassed that I came empty handed. BT
