I am afraid I'm due for a lemon!
Let's hope not! DW's 2006 Prius has over 240K on it. She's driving it once a week now and takes the Leaf the other 5. I've never gotten past 130K because people like to hit and total my cars. I've only got 17K on my 2 year old Prius Prime. A few thousand of those are due to trips to NW New Brunswick CA where DD1 goes to college and a few 425 mile round trips to MA.

Me too, me too! I had an 81 yr old man total my Toyota 4xForce (remember those?!) with a glancing blow head-on collision when he came at me going the wrong way down a divided highway.

My 2006 Prius was totaled when an 82 yr old man drove right into the driver's door when we were on our way to Cape Cod with three Dobermans and Mogwai in the car, two bikes on the back and a cargo carrier on the roof.

FUN times, for sure!! :wee

At this time I really don't have anything to offer, as I am seeking information regarding hen houses, types of birds and how many, feed and care. BT
You picked the right website! That is why I joined 9 years ago.
How much space do you have for chickens? Do you live where there are zoning limits on how many you can have? Primary purpose: eggs, meat, both?

FUN times, for sure!!
There must be a tongue in cheek emoji somewhere!

We had an elderly man fall asleep on the opposite side of the highway. Would have been head on but hubby swerved. We landed on the opposite side of the road in the passing lane. Tire ripped right off the car! And it was a total write off. We both had broken ribs, but it might have been much worse.
Of course, that was years ago

That's bad!
I really wasn't injured badly in the first accident and in the second accident I ended up in the hospital only because my whiplash from the first accident was acting up, and my left leg was bruised up where the door was crushed from the impact and I had a lot of glass embedded in my scalp. I picked that out during the vacation at Cape Cod. It really wasn't that bad all in all.

That's no lie!!

We were visiting my Mom in Fla. She was in her early nineties. Drove her to the grocery store, and she had me park far away. When I asked why she replied, "These old farts around here shouldn't be allowed to drive." As we got near the store a cigar smoking 'old man' was pulling out of his parking spot - hit the car behind him, pulled ahead and hit another, straightened out and drove away. A nod of her head and she said: "See what I mean?" :lau

When I was young, we used comment that St. Petersburg Florida was full of old farts, usually driving big, heavy, Cadillacs. They were typically too short to see over the dashboard. Every so often, you'd see them sit up taller in the car, and a pair of glasses, and eyes peering just over the dashboard, then in a moment, the eyes would disappear. They had to get their bearings on what they were aiming for. God help anyone that got in their way.
