Freshly roasted pumpkin seeds on the counter... have at'em!

Morning Cafe I use to love pumpkin seeds lots of pepper on them .. siting here with my first cup. Started to rain had 6 blow ups in the yard and beside the drive.. BF grabbed one side I went after the other

The Marans pullet that went broody then stopped laying about a month ago,
appears to be back with the program.
Now that's something to be excited about!

For the last several nights, two of my pullets are on "their" roost, which is separate and a few inches lower than the adults' roost. The third one has been roosting on the poop board of the adults' roost, and once I saw her briefly with them, though I don't think that lasted all night.

Possibly another sign she's is close to laying...? Or am I reading too much into it?
