Thanks for the coffee, and I've brought another pot. I definitely *need* more today.

I might be a little more motivated if the sun was out. Just flat, even, light greyness out there right now. At least it's not too cold... 24 degrees right now. Practically a heat wave!

100lbs of feed moved and transferred to metal bin.
Sun sure is nice, almost 40° in the coop.

The sun came out and it got to about 25 degrees. The wind kept it from feeling warm, but the sun sure was nice. With all the snow on the ground and the light reflecting around, it's bright and makes me have hope for spring.

Nothing budding out here, yet. When it does, the deer will gnaw it off. If they can reach it, they've been eating it. Standing on their hind legs, they can reach pretty high. Wonder what they'll eat next year...

Maybe buy some bales of hay and bag off oats for them.

Apparently not! I used lots of them for the arrangements I put in the window boxes at the front of the house.
