Nah, they are slackers! The other 4 chicks that came in the same box have been laying for a month or more.

I just bought a muffin tin that I will line with paper when I find the right recipe for muffins. That will be in the bakers thread hopefully

Line with paper? Look into silicone muffin cups. Infinitely reusable and the cupcakes don't stick to them like they do with paper cups.

It's a very balmy 34 this morning but we have the same weather pattern coming our way that swept through @aart's area and will be dropping to a high in the teens by Sunday with a low around 0. I fear my driveway will be like a sheet of glass by then.

It's still more packed down tight frozen rain so there is some texture. But every time it gets warm and it starts to melt and then refreeze, it gets smoother.

Good morning Cafe, there's a full pot of coffee ready for anyone that wants some.

We're supposed to reach 52* today and then snow tonight. I can handle some snow, but ice like you have Tonya is worse.

I was glad most the ice here melted yesterday, but there's a fresh batch of slush covered with wet snow.......more to come tomorrow mixed with rain.
