If the hens weigh around 20lbs and the Roos 22-25 lbs would that make them meat birds?

Those would be turkeys, no way a chicken weighs anywhere close to that.

When's the last time you've seen a Cornish x Rock that's over a year old? They are the size of small turkeys with short legs. Wide, thick, and most dense. I weighed one when still a pullet @ 18lbs.
