Good morning, cafe! It’s a cold (for here) morning and I’m enjoying my morning quiet time. We got the lights up on the house yesterday and plan to continue with the outdoor decor today. Hopefully we’ll be able I get it all done by the end of the day. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning Cafe. I have brewed another pot with freshly ground beans. My oh my, but this is a treat! I LOVE the smell of those fresh grounds every morning.

Today is when my family is celebrating Thanksgiving so I have a little cooking to do. I'm bringing a dish of Paleo stuffing. First year, no one was willing to sample it except my niece.

Last year, every one decided to man up and try it. Half had a second serving and I went home with an empty pan.

I'll try almost anything. I even once tried a bit of turkey liver, so that I could say with great assurity that I. do. not. like. liver.

Lest I forget #1 son will be here soon and any coffee after that will be from fresh ground beans. He had several lbs of whole bean coffee shipped in so it would be here. It was shipped to his mom but she has been saving it for his arrival.

Well, I don't care what you would have called it two years ago, I would have been all over that! It looks absolutely delicious!
