Good morning. I've brewed more coffee. Feels like winter this morning.

Yeah. It was months ago.

We kept in touch sporadically by text. There would be times when I'd hear from her daily/weekly. And then not for a couple months. She lived out in Arizona, had remarried. I didn't want to become "a problem," so I mostly let her initiate contact, though I sent "thinking of you" texts.

It is hard. My MIL found out that her brother (and last surviving sibling) had died when a cousin saw the obituary in a paper and called her.

Another lovely late-fall like day today. Hoping to get out and get a breath of fresh air today. I slept most of the day away yesterday.

I got 3 vaccines yesterday. Covid, flu, and RSV. I feel dragged out today. My upper arms are a bit sore. But I got it done, and if it gives me an excuse for a nap, well, so be it!

Yes mine do! I'm lucky to get one to quiet down then they all do until the next time
