And flannel shirts, and Levi's, and all that comfortable stuff ---------------------------  I still have a belt that I wore while in high school - moved out two notches.  :p

Oh yea... I still weigh what I did in high school... It might be arranged a tad differently now though. :p

LMAO, I understand and appreciate the analogy, However, never compare your wife to your old worn out leather boots. trust me there is nothing to be gained there

I dont know. I love my worn out cowboy boots too.

Understood, but do you want to be compared to old worn wrinkled leather?

. I am fairly low maintenance, but I would have to smack mine for the comparison.
And mine just told me I looked like the walking dead this morning, he did get a glare, all the anger I could muster for what was probably the truth

Well I'm older than you are and I have a few wrinkles...

MARRIAGE is like.....not my wife.

holy smokes!!! I've been married more than just one day, so I'm pretty sure I know better.

besides, truth be told, wrinkles, weight gain, and weight shifting........don't make my woman any less attractive or sexy to me!!

Goodmorning everyone! Wow, I've missed a lot, probably at least two cups of coffee! That's what I get for waking up at 7:30 on the west coast.

Okay, I'll complain or brag about my job. I live where I work so the commute is 1 minute. I make my hours so I never get up before 6am, usually at 7am. I'm a work-a-holic so the hours are crazy and I'm a chef so that means 14 hour days when our groups are here. But I also strap on a backpack leaf blower and weild a chain saw when I need to. I love outdoors so grounds keeping is fun!

Been married for almost 23 years. I know all the married stuff. If you've been married that long you've been through the vows at least twice (richer/poorer, better/worse, sickness/health). My husband is my hero, though sometimes I could smack him. Wonder how he'd describe me? LOL

ok, that is better. Nothing wrong with a marriage being comfortable. We married late, so I took him with the wrinkles and baldness already fully established. But it is all good, I saw pictures of him when he was younger. He improved with age.

It's almost aggravating how that works! I think my husband has improved with age too!! I'm pretty sure no one would say that about me. I showed my friend an old picture of me the other day, she said "Wow you were beautiful! You looked like a movie star!" Yeah, not so much now.
