I have seen what falling of the hood of a vehicles, at 70 mph will do to it. and it was in an otter box.

the wife, while putting kids int he car, prior to leaving the house did just that. as she hit the highway, noticed her phone was not in the cup holder of center console. started to peek around the interior of car, hit a small bump in the highway, and there it went. bounced up in her field of vision, and then WHOOOOSSSSHHHH!!!! onto the asphalt.

it was pretty ugly.

Oh that sucks too! And it wasn't mine that went through the Dixie... it was hubby's, and it was also in an Otter Box. Those things are not blade proof! Fell off his hip while mowing, he saw it shoot out the side.

I'm not going to say I have never broken one, because I don't want to jink myself. But I am also due for an upgrade. This one will be 3 years old in a couple of weeks.

Maybe it's a good thing I still have my 5 year old flip phone.

If it's not broke I don't fix it.

I was quite fond of my flip phone, too. In fact, when the one I had began getting eccentric, I replaced it with another even though our carrier was pestering me to upgrade. But when Critter decided to change carriers, they wouldn't let us keep the old phones, and I got dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century (wellllll, I haven't kicked it yet, but I have screamed at my new phone more than a few times). I often call this thing a smart aleck phone, or, if I'm feeling particularly irritable, a smart*** phone.

I've also noticed, that Siri, does NOT understand Texan.

Morning! DS$ used to teeth on the current phone. Not a flip phone, just a flat small one that you can lock the keys on. Been dropped a number of times,

, still here.......
I was up at midnight checking on things outside. Dogs were going off and I, wait for it............,
I have a dumb, but smart sheep. I know that comes as a shock and I probably should have told you to sit down first.....
She can wiggle in behind the fence and feeder to get the hay that falls there, she just can't figure out how to back up. I have guided her out of there about 5 times now, no luck. So I had really big kitty on the brain and a sitting duck sheep, so I got her out of there at midnight. It was beautiful outside and today, when it gets warmer, above freezing, I will hack the feeder out of the ice and fix the situation. Just needed something that didn't feel like single digits.

Where is the coffee? You all need coffee after that shocker, I know!

Morning everyone! Late posting because our Internet is lousy. I was up late lastnight cleaning. We are going to an ag meeting this weekend and I just hate leaving when the house is messy. but my kitchen is now cleaner then it has been in a month
