Not really - it's sort of like a soap opera - just pick up where you left off.

Good morning everyone.
Scott, there is no way to say this without it sounding funny. Humpday has not been the same in the café, since you were missing.
I laughed![]()
Good Humpday Morning OFW![]()
I hope that your part of NE was missed by that weather.
Did you get your garden started yet?
How are the chicks doing?

Morning! Blue sky and wind, 25 degrees. Got about 4 inches of snow. I was out at 3 AM checking on the girls and it was pretty in the moonlight, no wind.
The Good ole Hump Days are back! It is because we were holding our collective breath, waiting, and it is kinda hard to converse that way.
We seemed to miss most of the bad stuff by a hair. We havent even made it to the basement yet, though I was getting ready a couple days ago.
I lost most of my first batch of chicks, they got wet and cold, I tried to save them but ended up loosing them slowly through the week. I have a second batch growing now, they are nearly 2 weeks old and doing great. Jersey giants, red ranger, and some Dixie Rainbow. I also have a variety of chicks to add to my layers. So far so good.
I finally got the brush I had piled up in my garden burnt and now have a few things planted, cold hardy, I will get the rest in soon
Scott, I think Margie has a bear hanging around again....Good Humpday Morning Margie![]()
New snow, cold & crisp, almost quarter moon and, no wind, that had to have been real pretty.
How is the rest of your week looking?
Good luck with the little ones.
