You must be further south than me, I did not get any rain last night. I left the rugs out and everything. That usually does it.
Sorry about all the rain you all are getting. We are using the irrigation- and air conditioning.
it just doesn't seem quite fair. We should share more.

With the wild hogs- baby back ribs. just sayin'. (my drooling emote isn't working- mentally insert it here X.)
Make sure they are well cooked. 145 degrees and three to ten minutes resting to make sure any wild* parasites are nice and dead.





* as opposed to domesticated parasites. You go to jail for killing off those.

Not enough rain here I reckon. Been running my irrigation every day but I have bananas, thirsty jerks. All this talk of hog is getting my trigger finger itchy and my belly rumbling..... last hog we butchered, we got close to 40# of bacon............

over 350# of processed meat.........
