Good morning
I had a good friend visit yesterday, her kids are much older so the things got tons of attention. She is one of those friends I only get to see a couple times a year, but we can always pick up where we left off easily.

you know your indoor cats would kill you, but then they wouldn't get fed......

Oh no they try to kill you anyway . My house cat and I had an agreement, if I was ever starving I was going to have kitty stew. And if I died suddenly and no one found us for a week (this is back when I lived alone, she could eat my eyes.
I like cats, but I fully appreciate their vindictiveness and potential cruelty...I think that is part of what i like about them

What if my cats are fairly dog like? They sleep at my feet and follow me around..... hummmm.
Got the stupid hay and now it is raining. Tolerable hay, nothing great this time of year in these parts. My spooky ewe was playing favorites with the first born and so she is tied up in a corner and wool clipped much closer and something happened to the girl's tail, it is kinda chewed or pawed? I dunked it all in iodine and I think I will just go ahead and cut it off or something instead of using the rubberbands. I am going to stick with the "or somethings" because it is always something.....
The ram lamb is making up for lost time now that Mum is tied. I think she will settle down like the other one after a couple of days. They seem to like their lambs better when the milk comes in and really makes it out the other side of the babies......
I think it is round two for coffee. All that hail makes it look cold......

We got dumped,on with the rain today. The road held up surprising well, however the new topsoil on the banks washed out. DH is not a happy camper. The birds are loving this weather. I'm sitting on my porch listening to them chirp and sing. I'm never leaving....
