And this is the new horse, if all goes well. He passed his evaluation and so now we need the health stuff and then the trailer ride up here....

Margie, is this guy by any chance a Gypsy Vanner?
He looks like a real nice horse from here

Beautiful animals. The Wildbunch is always trying to talk me into getting a horse but we know nothing about horses and we have no pasture, and we know absolutely nothing....lol.

Speaking of the Wildbunch, I love having my coffee before they all wake up. It's the best part of morning, oh, wait a minute I think I heard that before. Hehehe.

Mornin'. Have you decided on a name for your new fella? How old is he? I'd love to have a horse or two one of these days. Maybe I'll win the lottery one of these days and make all my dreams come true! LOL.

His name is "Woody." Figured we could stick with that if he knows it. He is 6 , still green broke, so he is going to need a year or two of solid riding and the intent is that he will be DS$ horse if they hit it off. At the moment, they are also bringing up a 16 yo Tenn. Walker mare, a solid ride, so I am thinking DS$ will be gaining more experience on her, depending on how she does in reality. I can always find great homes for gaited horses, even the psycho ones find homes for whatever reason, so I am not to worried about the extra horse if she doesn't fit into our family well.

Heavy snow horse for sure. Not sure about a mountain horse. Thought they were more nimble and smaller footed? Either way. Pulling a wagon or on the trail he's a good looking solid fella
