68o and partly cloudy. We had a rather frisky line of thunderstorms roll through a little before 11 this morning. Lotsa lightning, torrential downpours that gave us a quick coupla inches. Tornado warnings went up; I won't be a bit surprised to learn that we may have had a low-level twister pass near us. We had a blast of absolutely crazy wind that knocked down a dead tree that I've been worrying about falling on the house for at least a year . . . . Good news; the only thing that got whacked was a blueberry bush. Since when do we get this kind of drama in December??
Margie, that party sounds delightful. Whoop, I love your frog pond, it's much more attractive than mine. I have a big blue inflatable pool that I have allowed to go to the frogs; we have dozens of tree frogs that sit all over the outside walls of the house and eat bugs that come to the windows at night.
It's too late for "Good morning; can I get away with "g'day?"
